Return Policy
We want your Shiba Inu and Doge gear to bring you joy! Here’s our policy to keep things fair for everyone:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll replace it for free. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@shibswagg.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll handle the rest with Printful to get you a new item ASAP.
- No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse: Since our products are custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind. We know you’ll love your Shiba swag, so double-check your order before checkout!
- Size Exchanges (Optional): Ordered the wrong size? We can exchange it within 30 days, but you’ll need to cover return shipping to Printful’s return address. We’ll cover the cost of the new item and shipping to you. Check our sizing charts to get the perfect fit first!
- Undeliverable Packages: If your order is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping fee. We’ll hold it for 30 days before it’s recycled.
- How to Return: Email us at support@shibswagg.com with your order details. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
